Tenement house fills the gap in the corner of the urban quarter. Due to various surroundings the main task of the project is to find a solution which fits perfectly to adjacent buildings and once to give the opportunity to enjoy of greenery from old Zoo placed across the street.
Faces of facade are connected and undercut thus shaping characteristic of solid and also not blocking pedestrian communication. Commercial function are located on the ground floor and behind the curtain wall what might attracts potential customers.
